From the first walk-through to every shift after.
A cleaning programme needs more than a can of chemical: a product that suits each task, a dose that is set, a team that knows the method and someone to call. This is what Puranico does at each step.
The site survey, equipment, installation, training, wall charts and labels come with your Puranico supply, at no extra cost.

01
Site survey and chemical selection
We start with your site, not a catalogue. We walk the areas with your team and look at the surfaces, the soils and how each area is cleaned today. Then we match every task to a product and a method, and check that each product suits the surfaces it will meet.
What you get
- A product and a method for each task, matched to the surface and the soil
- A clear product plan for the whole site
- Practical SOPs that set out the method and the dose

02
Dosing and dilution equipment, installed and set
Where equipment helps, we fit it: wall-mounted units that fill bottles and buckets at the set dilution, dosing for dish and glass washers, timed dosing for drains and grease traps, and pumps for laundry machines. Each unit is set to its product's dose and the working solution is checked when it is commissioned, so nobody pours by eye. The equipment stays ours: we install it, set it and maintain it for as long as you use Puranico products.
What you get
- Equipment chosen for the product, the machine and the water point
- Installed, set and maintained by us
- Every unit set to its product's dose and checked at commissioning
- Laundry pumps calibrated at your site, one product per line
- At no extra cost with your supply

03
Operator training
We train the people who do the work: how each product is prepared, applied and handled safely, shown in demonstrations and set out in practical SOPs they can come back to. Supervisors learn the checks that keep a routine on track; in the laundry, that means the never-combine rules and a pH check on damp linen.
What you get
- Method, dose and safe handling for each product your team uses
- Demonstrations, with SOPs and task guides to keep
- Supervisor checks, such as the laundry's pH check on damp linen

04
Wall charts, labels and safety stickers
Training is more useful when the essentials stay in sight after the session ends. We supply wall charts for kitchens and housekeeping that set out task sequences and product guidance, labels that keep each product's name and use on the container, and safety stickers that put the precautions where the work happens. Charts and labels come in English and Hindi.
What you get
- Kitchen and housekeeping wall charts in English and Hindi: task sequences and product guidance
- Product labels and safety stickers at the point of use
- Dilution and dosing guides

05
Ongoing site support
We stay your point of contact after the first order. We answer questions, help sort out problems in use, and review and adjust the guidance as your needs change or a new area opens. Supply is part of a working relationship, not a one-off order.
What you get
- One point of contact for questions, problems and changes
- Guidance reviewed and adjusted as your needs change

06
Product documents on request
Every product has its own documents: a Product Information Sheet on what it is for and how to use it, and a Safety Data Sheet on its hazards, handling, storage and emergency information. Ask for the current versions for the exact products you use, so the people who handle and supervise them can keep them to hand.
What you get
- Product Information Sheet: what the product is for and how to use it
- Safety Data Sheet: hazards, safe handling, storage and emergency information
- Documents for the exact product and variant you use
Tell us about your property.
What you run, where it is, and what isn't working. We'll come back with a plan, and a site visit if you'd like one.
