This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website. We collect very little, so it is short.

What we collect
Only what you type into our two forms:
- Talk to an expert: your name, company or property, email, phone number, city and what you need, plus your designation, sector and a message if you choose to add them.
- Request documents: your name, company or property, designation, email, phone number, city and sector; the products and documents you ask for; where and how you will use the product; and, if you choose to add them, whether you are already a Puranico customer and a message.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Like every website, ours runs on a hosting company's servers. GoDaddy hosts it, and its servers record technical details of each visit, such as IP address and browser type.
Where your details go
When you press Send, your form goes to Web3Forms, the service that receives this website's form details and emails them to us at sales@puranico.com.
Web3Forms keeps a copy of each form it receives: its dashboard shows the last 30 days, and under the free plan we use its data retention policy allows it to keep form data for up to three years. The emails stay in our sales@puranico.com inbox until we delete them.
What we use them for
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To prepare a quote, or arrange the site visit, trial or product advice you asked for.
- To review your document request and reply to it.
We ask about your role, your sector and how you will use the product because we review every document request before replying, and so we can advise on using the product safely.
What we don't do
We don't sell your details, and we don't share them with anyone outside Puranico. The only outside services involved are Web3Forms, which receives the form details and emails them to us, and GoDaddy, which hosts the website.
Deleting your details
Email sales@puranico.com or call +91-8800414042 and ask us to delete your details. Tell us the name and the email address or phone number you used. We will delete your enquiry and confirm when it is done.
If you have bought from us, we keep the invoices and records the law requires us to keep.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we will update this page and the date below.
